Frequently asked questions:
Preparation in progress, shipment of the package, you are informed in real time by e-mail of the progress of your order.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery.

Note: the tracking number will only be active when the carrier has taken charge of the package.
Delivery is free at a post office in France from 200 euros of purchase.

Create your account if this is your first visit by clicking on the “Account” icon or enter your login informations.
Choose your items, select the size if necessary, and click on “Add to cart”.
Once your selection of items is complete, return to the “Cart” icon to finalize your order.
Choose the delivery that best suits you.
Select your means of payment (credit card, PayPal or other).
If applicable, indicate your promotion voucher at the validation stage of your order.
Check your order information and confirm it.

If you wish to modify a product of your order validated the same day: contact us by phone before 1 p.m.
The changes will be taken into account if the order has not yet been prepared and / or shipped.
The legal withdrawal period for online sales is 15 days: we have extended this period to 30 days to make your life easier.
This 30-day post-receipt period allows you to return the order within 30 days of receiving it.
It does not apply as long as the order is in transit, even in the event of a carrier investigation.

We are open Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a working day before 1:00 p.m., your order will be prepared and shipped the same day.
On the other hand, for any order placed between Friday 1 p.m. and Sunday evening midnight, your order will be shipped on Monday.
First, check your order tracking, and click on the order concerned. Double check that it has not already been delivered or presented, and make sure that the delivery location corresponds to the one you had chosen.
If you detect an anomaly, and if the delivery date has passed, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form.
All products that you can order are available and can be shipped immediately. See the “Shipping time” section for more informations.
The delivery time depends on the carrier you have chosen and the destination. For France for example, a Chronopost package is delivered 24 hours after dispatch, and in 48 hours for a package with Colissimo.
We offer several delivery methods, which depend on the country of destination. You can select the carrier of your choice when confirming your order, after confirming your basket. Here is the detail of the shipping costs by country.
It is not always possible for us to cancel an order if it has already been prepared and sent to one of our carriers. For any cancellation request, contact us by phone or by using our contact form.
If your order has already left, simply return it to us using the free return slip.
